Dicker Data came to us looking for a couple of new banners for an online campaign without a massive spend. Happy to deliver we made sure they knew that no matter how small the job, we were able to help them out by delivering the experience they wanted to convey, on budget. We've been happily working with them ever since on their web and print collateral.

The solution

The solution to a problem like this was to understand the brief and trust that Dicker Data knew what they wanted. We knew that the constant to-ing and fro-ing often experienced between agencies and clients only drove the costs up, so we made sure that we were asking the right questions. The effectiveness of this experience went beyond Dicker Data, there were valuable lessons learned that have extened to all our cliets.
